Refund Policy

Sales are generally final

We open packs live on stream, so sales are generally final. That is why our product pages say NO REFUNDS. Refunds or replacements are only given in the situations listed below.

When a refund or replacement is allowed

  1. Cancelled orders (before shipping and before opening): You may cancel an order that has not shipped and whose products have not been opened. It is refunded in full minus the 2.9% payment processing fee. Products opened during a live break or rip & ship cannot be cancelled.
  2. Sealed (unopened) returns: We accept returns of unopened items in their original, untampered condition with all packaging intact. You pay the return shipping. Please include your order number and use a trackable shipping method. After we inspect the item and confirm it is unopened and resalable, we refund it to your original payment method, minus any original shipping fees, within 5-7 business days. Items that appear opened, tampered with or not in original condition are rejected.
  3. Lost packages: If a package (USA or international) has not been delivered or shows no tracking updates 30 days after the ship date, contact us. A refund or replacement is only issued with written confirmation from USPS (or the international courier) that the package was lost.
  4. Defective items: Opened or used items are not returnable. If you believe an item is defective, contact us before sending anything back.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first. We will work with you to resolve it. We keep records of every order, including live-stream openings, shipping proof and delivery confirmation, and we will provide them to your payment provider if a dispute is filed on an order that was fulfilled as described. Accounts linked to disputes we believe are fraudulent may lose access to future purchases, and we may seek recovery of the disputed amount and related fees as permitted by law.
