What does Rip & Ship mean?
Answer: Basically, Rip & Ship is a service where you purchase Pokémon Packs / Booster Boxes from our PokeMart, we then open the packs you bought live on stream and ship the cards directly to you afterwards.What does Live Ripz?
Answer: This is just another way of saying Rip & Ship. We just liked "Live Ripz" better ;)Is there a limit to how many packs I can order at once?
Answer: Nope. You can order as many packs as you'd like if they are available at the time!Do you ship the bulk cards?
Due to heavily increased shipping costs for both parties, Live Ripz orders will not include bulk cards except for Vintage Pack orders and Mid-Era pack orders (2003-2011), unless requested in the Notes section within the checkout page.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
USA Orders
All Live Ripz orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after the live stream ends.
All sealed product orders will also be shipped within 24-48 hours after the initial order was placed.
All packages are shipped through USPS and will usually arrive within 5-10 days business days, once it leaves the facility.
Once USPS confirms your package, you will be provided a tracking number and can check for live shipping updates through our website or USPS.
International Orders
All Live Ripz orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after the live stream ends.
All sealed product orders will also be shipped within 24-48 hours after the initial order was placed.
All packages are shipped through USPS and will usually arrive within 7-21 days business days, once it leaves the facility.

What If I Didn't Recieve My Package?
All orders are provided a tracking number through USPS and our partner AfterShip.
The tracking number will be sent to the email you used at checkout within 1-2 days after package is registered with USPS.
Once the order leaves our facility, HoloHunterz LLC is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages.
You can reach out to us if you have not recieved your package within 30 days of the initial shipping date. We will do everything we can to help resolve the issue!
