Rip & Ship is a service where you buy packs or booster boxes from our store, we open the packs you bought live on stream, and then ship the cards directly to you.
What does Live Ripz mean?
It's just another way of saying Rip & Ship. We just liked "Live Ripz" better ;)
Is there a limit to how many packs I can order at once?
Nope. You can order as many packs as you'd like, as long as they're available at the time!
Do you hold bags for customers?
Yes! We will hold your bag for up to 2 weeks to help you save on shipping if you make multiple purchases before your items ship.
Do you ship the bulk cards?
Due to heavily increased shipping costs for both parties, Live Ripz orders do not include bulk cards, except for Vintage and Mid-Era (2003-2011) pack orders, unless you request bulk in the Notes section at checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Shipping & delivery times
All Live Ripz orders ship every week on Monday or Tuesday (unless we are holding your bag). All packages ship with USPS tracking.
USA: usually 3-7 business days after your order ships.
International: usually 7-14 business days after your order ships.
Free shipping on orders over $99 (USA only).
What if I didn't receive my package?
Your tracking number is emailed to the address used at checkout within 1-2 days after USPS registers the package. Once a package is handed to USPS, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If your package has not been delivered or shows no tracking updates 30 days after the ship date, contact us and we'll do everything we can to help. See our Refund Policy for when a lost package can be refunded or replaced.
